Doctors all across the world spend years in medical school learning how to be an instrument in making the world a better and healthier place. The trainers of medical education establish the goal of their life from the beginning. The s ystem familiarises one with hundreds of body parts, millions of physiological processes occurring in the body, and thousands of diseases. To become a good doctor, one must become well familiar with all of these things in a short period and then step down to the field to practise or demonstrate their effectiveness. I was not an exception to this rule. I started my quest to become a doctor exactly 37 years ago, with many aspirations and ambitions of making the world a better place. Alas...
