Health and happiness are always at the side of the able navigator of the life force.

The aim of Self-healthcare Education and Research ( GSHER ) is to make people learn how to manage their own body and mind better as a means for a more productive life in the external world and spread the message of self-care so that every human being can lead a healthy life to its end, which will bring the dream of a disease-free world one step closer to reality.

It will enable individuals to create a personalized self-management plan for themselves on their own.

The world is changing quickly, and each person's individual way of living life is also changing fast, depending on their work-life balance. Today, it is impossible to control the outside environment and maintain a healthy lifestyle, so it is important to understand one’s inner self.

So, if we want to keep our bodies and minds in good shape, we need to stop focusing on the outside world and start focusing on self-care and using our inner potential. Our guiding ideas and a clear picture of a healthier future can help us live a healthy life on purpose.

We are all on this life’s journey, just as Christopher Columbus started his voyage to discover the world centuries ago. When Columbus started his journey, he had no idea where he was going or what type of difficulties he was going to face. He was without maps and unaware of the journey he was undertaking. He was also unaware of the turbulent times he would have to go through and the required knowledge to pass through storms and heavy seas. He didn't know that the heavy sea creatures and the moving undercurrents could be dangerous to his life. The only thing he had was a compass, which was showing him the directions of his journey.

Our life journeys are actually quite similar to his. We are on a journey without any clear idea of the turbulent conditions we are going to face next or about the undercurrent slowly developing around us. We were not given any training to face the troubles that suddenly appear and disrupt our lives during life’s journey. Unfortunately, we don't also have a compass, which would have guided us in the right direction. Because of this, we are all at the mercy of fate or the illness that befalls us.

So now is the time to gather the momentum within us to prepare for and face the reality of our living conditions, rather than being a silent sufferer of the future ill health that our ignorance will bestow upon us.

GSHER promises to accompany you on your journey to good health as a wise guide, smoothing your path by holding your hand throughout.
