Health doesn’t get better by Hope, It gets better by planning Health.

Health doesn’t get better by Hope, It gets better by planning Health.

If you want to be healthy then study, learn and act for Health. Do not try to have health by chance. Make it an everyday event by following certain health rules. You have to study and practice health, in such a way that it can change your economic, social, spiritual, personal life. The things you think coming on the way to health, have the will to change it. In situations that don't suit your personal health goal, withdraw yourself from it.

I know everyone has the capacity to change, so challenge yourself to change yourself. Few Untold Secrets:

  • Always try to be with people who are healthy and follow certain health rules. The company of these people will increase your commitment towards a healthy life and encourage you to follow them. Develop a health plan and follow it diligently, regularly and in a timely.
  • When you let your learning gain knowledge, you remain sick but when you let your learning take action you remain healthy forever.
  • Remember the same stuff does have different effects on two different individuals, so learn what works best for you.
  • Don’t be stubborn while learning health; flexibility is the key to physical, mental and spiritual health.
